Required Eligibility:
- Should have completed the BE or B.Tech or Diploma course of study from any of the recognized university or institute and freshers or 1 year experience candidates can apply.
Job Description:
- Assign Work orders to support team
- Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff
- Identify and evaluate customers problems
- Should be flexible to work in any shift
