Aditya Birla retail Acquired Total Hypermarket on 10th March 2015

Aditya Birla on 10th March 2015 acquired the total hypermarket which is owned by the Jubilant Retail.and this is the second acquisition of the Aditya Birla Group and the first being in 2007 buy out of the trinethra super retail.

Hyper markets will be now merged with the Aditya Birla group retail Hyper and super markets.and the Aditya Brila group now operates more then 500 super markets and hyper markets.Bangalore-based Total Super Store operates in five stores with the hypermarket format spanning across over 400000 sq.ft of area. Serving over eight lakh customers every month, the outlets are located in densely populated areas of the city.
