Tesla Motors Launched Solar Energy Based Powerwall battery
Tesla Motors has launched the Solar Energy Based Powerwall battery on 1st may 2015.it is one of the home battery that charges using electricity generated from the solar panels.
The product will be marketed under Tesla Energy, a new business arm of
the company. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tesla Motors is Elon
Musk
Some of the Main features of the Battery:
- It is a rechargeable Lithinium ion battery to store energy at a residential level for load shifting, backup power and self-consumption of solar power generation.
- It is one of the smart device which consists of the Liquid thermal control system and software.
- The battery can provide benefits like Load shifting , increasing self consumption of solar power generation,
