100 years of the Outbreak of the First Worl War observed across the Globe

100 years of the out break of the First World War was observed across the Globe on the 4th august 2014. The World War 1 was started on the 4th August 1914 and ended on the 11th November 1918.To marks the events various countries hosted events.

New zealand became the first country to host the centenary for the WW -1 in a cermony in the parliament grounds.

Wales hosted the light out event to marks the centenary of the World War 1. In belgium the centenary of the WW-1 was marked by the program exhibition. 

First World war was the global War centered by the Europe that has began on 4th August 1914 and Ended on 11th November 1918 135 countries took part in the World War 1 and more then 15 million people died in the World War 1.

The war drew in the worlds economic great powers which were assembled in two opposing alliances the Allies and the Central Powers of Germany and Austria.
