Union Government of India Launched Attendance.gov.in Website for tracking Staff attendance

Union Government of India Launched the website for tracking the attendance of the Staff on 7th October 2014. The government launched the attendance system as a part of the Digital India Program.

Highlights of Website:

  1. The Attendance.gov.in will use the aadhar enabled biometric attendance .
  2. The information which can be seen on the website if the attendance of over time the number of registered employees and number of present employees.
  3. A back-end administrator will check the details submitted by the organisation and make the organisation active by assigning it a unique sub-domain which will be the first name of the website.
  4. Common Bio metric attendance in implemented in New delhi  in Central government offices.
  5. All the employees need to enter the 6 digit Attendance ID on the terminal then the system will ask for the finger print.
