Andhra Pradesh Government Signed MOU with Singapore for Development  of New State Capital

Andhra Pradesh Government Signed MOU ( Memorandum of Understanding ) with Singapore on 8th December 2014 for the development of its New capital which is going to be come near vijayawada region . 

The MOU was signed by the International Enterprise CEO Teo Eng Cheong and the infrastructure corporation of the Andhra Pradesh representative Sambasiva Rao.

1. Through the MOU Singapore will prepare a master plan for the development of Capital State for Andhra pradesh .
2. The master plan will be designed for the capital region that will be coming up in an area approximately 7300 square kilometers.
3. The first phase of the development of the capital will be done by 2019 
4. Some of the signapore companies will be involved in training and development program for the Andhra pradesh .
