Bolivia Legalised Child Labour for Kids From the Age of 10 years

Bolivia has been recently published the Law for the Child Labour on 18th July 2014. All the Children with the age under the 10 years are considered as the Child Labour. The Bill was signed by the Law with the Presidents signature.

The Bill states that the Children who are under 10 years old will be able to work only in the supervision of the parents and till they get the age of 12 years they can not attend for the contract basis. and also they have to attend for the school also. The bill also gives the punishment for the candidates who encourages the Child labour for 30 years.

As per the Norms of the International Labour Organization the minimum age limit should be attained is of the 15 years of the age limit but for developing countries it allowed 14 years as the minimum age limit for the candidates.
