Union Budget 2014-15 Weaker Sections

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has been introduced Scheme for the Union Budget 2014-15 which is the Van Bandhu Kalyan Yojna for Traibals.and National Level institutes for Universal inclusive design and mental health rehabilition center and center for Disability sports to be established.

1. An amount of 100 crores has been released for the welfare of tribal of Van bandhu kalyan yojana.
2. An amount of 50548 crores has been released for the SC plans and the 32387 crores has been released for the TSP.
3. A committee has been set up for the welfare of senior citizens for the PPF,Post office and savings schemes which are used to protect the senior citizens
4. Varishta Penion plan was limited from 15th August 2014 to 14th august 2015 for the benefit of Senior citizens who crossed 60 years.
5. Government introduced 1000 rs per month for all citizens of Seniors who are of EP scheme.
6. EPFO to launch Uniform Account number service for contributing members.
7. Schemes for assistance to disabled persons.
8. National level institutes for Universal inclusive design.
