HCL Eligibility:

1. Candidates should possess any of the graduate or the under graduate course of study such as the B.E|B.Tech|B.Sc|BCA degree from any of the recognized board of study
2. should hold minimum of 60% of marks with no backlogs.

Selection Process:

1. At first candidates will be short listed based on the written test
2. Then the short listed candidates of written test will be sent for Group Discussion and the Technical round
3. The finale round will be off HR.

Skills Required for HCL:

1. Should possess excellent communication skills and the verbal and written also 
2. Good knowledge in MS office and documentation
3. Should have good customer handling skills
4. Ability to success fully provide Hardware|Network releated issues.
5. Should have good understanding of IT environment.
